Job summary

This role partners with store leadership to minimize shrink, train associates on loss prevention best practices, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering good customer service.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits.
• Greet customers and deter theft with visible presence.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and follow loss prevention directives.
• Assist Store Leadership to minimize shortage.
• Participate in training Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
