Job summary

Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating, Cooling is hiring Brand Ambassadors to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. Welcome customers, present tune-ups and system upgrades, and schedule in-home consultations.

Base pay is $16.50/hr plus commission, with earnings averaging $20–$30/hr in many cases. The role offers flexible schedules, both part-time and full-time, with weekly direct deposit and paid training.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Retail, kiosk or sales experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Support lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education while scheduling in-home consultations.
• Act as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
