Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups.
• Note: not door-to-door, canvassing, or a canvasser role.
