Job summary

Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating, Cooling is hiring Brand Ambassadors to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage shoppers, explain service options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.

This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with weekly direct deposit, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Retail environment familiarity and ability to engage customers.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing Allgood with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with technicians/comfort advisors.
• Not door-to-door or canvassing; focus on in-store interactions.
