Job summary

Andy’s Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator in Michigan. You will engage retail shoppers, introduce them to our HVAC services, and schedule in-home consultations or services.

This role supports lead-generation, brand awareness, and customer education while representing ARS with professionalism. We offer weekly pay, uncapped commission on top of the hourly rate, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail setting as a product consultant.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to ARS HVAC services.
• Support lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education.
• Schedule in-home consultations or HVAC services.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune ups with service technicians.
