Andy's Statewide Heating and Air Conditioning Inside ARS is hiring an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers in Warren, MI. You’ll engage shoppers, explain options, and book in-home consultations or tune-ups with technicians.

The role offers hourly pay of $18-$20 plus uncapped commission, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with benefits after 31 days.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
