Job summary

Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is seeking in-store sales representatives / lead generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage with customers, discuss home comfort needs, and generate leads for in-home consultations or service appointments in the Baltimore area, including Timonium.

No HVAC experience required; weekend availability and a clean professional appearance are valued.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
