Job summary

Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in national home improvement stores, discussing HVAC upgrades, energy savings, and home comfort options. No HVAC experience is required, but an outgoing, reliable candidate with weekend availability will thrive.

We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Outgoing, engaging personality suitable for customer conversations in-store.
Retail, kiosk, or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability is required.
Reliable transportation to and from store locations is essential.
Clean, professional appearance representing Blue Dot brand.
Weekly in-office meetings may be required; background check conducted.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
Approach shoppers and initiate friendly, professional conversations.
Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
Represent the Blue Dot brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
