Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring in-store sales representatives to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores. You’ll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, energy savings, and ways the brand can benefit their home, generating leads for free in-home consultations.

This role offers weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and flexible schedules, with potential advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifikationen

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing Blue Dot brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
