Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for Modesto/Stockton, CA. You will discuss heating and cooling upgrades, air quality, and energy savings with customers, with training provided and commission potential.

Role offers weekly direct-deposit pay and a high-volume retail environment. Shifts run Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm, with weekly in-office meetings to review performance and goals.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
Willingness to approach, speak and engage with customers.
Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate.
Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours. Some holidays required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to discuss heating, cooling, air quality, and energy savings.
Generate leads for in-home consultations or promote home performance tune-ups.
Represent the ARS brand in a retail setting with a polished appearance.
Attend weekly in-office meetings and adhere to schedule.
