ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store Lead Generators to engage shoppers inside major home improvement retailers in Sugar Land, TX. This sales role focuses on customer engagement and appointment setting for ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

You’ll connect with homeowners, educate them on ARS services, and schedule free in-home consultations. Works are flexible with both part-time and full-time opportunities, and includes paid training and weekly direct deposit pay.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers with friendly, face-to-face conversations about home comfort and energy efficiency.
