Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. The role offers both part-time and full-time options with hourly pay plus uncapped commission and weekly direct deposit payments.

You will engage customers in a retail setting, educate them on services, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
