ARS-Rescue Rooter in Bellingham, MA is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, start conversations, educate on home comfort solutions, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations.

This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with potential earning between $23–$25 per hour base and $25–$35 per hour with incentives, plus weekly pay and training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
