American Residential Services is hiring part-time and full-time Sales Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services and tune-ups. You will be paid hourly plus commission, with potential weekly pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador for ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations.
• Schedule in-home HVAC tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass.
