Job summary

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

You will engage with customers, educate them on home comfort solutions, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations. We offer hourly pay plus uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
