Job summary

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You’ll engage with customers, ask questions, educate on HVAC and plumbing solutions, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations.

This role offers hourly pay with uncapped commission, weekly pay, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. Location: Ewing & West Windsor, NJ.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with customers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts, with weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and initiate friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.

Qualifications

What You Need

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
