Job summary

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Enjoy hourly pay plus uncapped commission and an average earning potential of $20-$30/hour with commission, plus weekly pay through direct deposit and paid training. We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules with opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; people who are outgoing and comfortable talking with shoppers succeed.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales background is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and a clean, professional ARS brand image.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastic.
• Work toward lead-generation goals and provide a positive customer experience.

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meeting
