Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Colorado is seeking a sales/design associate to engage in-store guests and drive sales through our Guest Engagement Model, with emphasis on interior design. You will handle design appointments, provide product knowledge, and present customized room designs while supporting the team to reach revenue targets.

The role requires an associate degree in interior design and 1–2 years in customer service/retail.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in interior design.
1–2 years experience in customer service, retail, or furniture stores.
Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests and execute sales proficiency using the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
Determine guests' goals and requirements of their design project.
Provide design advice, product knowledge, and recommendations.
Present customized room designs with sample fabrics, furniture, tables, and accessories.
Maintain knowledge of merchandise, features, benefits, and availability.
Process customer transactions in the POS system.
Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning.
Support store team to delight guests and achieve revenue targets.
Ensure the store is ready for grand opening with daily tasks and style guides.
Work weekends and most holidays; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
