ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Store Marketing Specialist to engage customers in major home-improvement retail locations in Carrollton, TX. This sales-focused role emphasizes customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS home comfort solutions.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and can stand/walk during shifts; weekend availability and reliable transportation are required. Training is provided and both part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings attendance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with shoppers and introduce ARS home comfort solutions.
• Educate customers on ARS heating, cooling and home improvement services.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
