ARS is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Streetsboro, Macedonia, and Bainbridge, OH. This role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

You will engage customers, start conversations, qualify needs, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments while upholding the ARS brand.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and ability to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
