Air Experts, part of American Residential Services, is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers inside national home improvement retailers in Edison & South Brunswick, NJ. Earn $20–$22 per hour plus commission with potential $20–$30 per hour on average and flexible schedules.

Full-time and part-time roles available with paid training, weekly direct deposit, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Formación

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
