Job summary

RS Andrews of Tidewater Heating, Cooling is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores promoting HVAC services, heating and air conditioning tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Earn hourly pay plus commission while introducing homeowners to professional HVAC services and consultations.

This role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules with paid training and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles,

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations or tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
