Air Experts in Edison/South Brunswick, NJ is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores. Compensation includes $20–$22 per hour plus commission with earning potential $20–$30 per hour on average.

Full- and part-time schedules are available with weekly pay via direct deposit, paid training, and eligibility for benefits after 31 days.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and a clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
