Columbus Worthington Air is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Newark, OH. Roles include both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible hours and weekend requirements.

You will engage customers, generate leads, educate on HVAC solutions, and help schedule in-home consultations. Weekly pay, paid training, and advancement opportunities are provided by ARS.

Qualifikationen

• No HVAC experience required.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.
