ARS-Rescue Rooter in Littleton, CO is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions in national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations.

This role offers hourly pay plus commission with weekly direct deposit, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Competenze

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check as required by law.
