Unique Services is seeking a Sales Advisor in Bradenton, FL. You will engage customers inside a national retail store, discuss HVAC upgrades and energy efficiency, and aim to schedule in-home consultations with our comfort advisors.

The role offers hourly pay with commission and opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules. Training is provided, and growth into sales roles is available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift.
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store.
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required).
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
