Unique Services Overview in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Advisor to engage customers inside a national retail home improvement store, discuss HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency, and invite customers to schedule free in-home consultations with our comfort advisors.

This role offers weekly pay, commission on top of hourly rate, paid training, and full-time benefits after 31 days, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift.
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store.
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required).
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
