Florida Home Air Conditioning is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will generate leads, boost brand awareness, educate customers, and schedule in-home consultations or services.

The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant and lead-generation support.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups with technicians.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
