Job summary

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing (ARS) is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative/Lead Generator to promote HVAC services in national home improvement retailers. You will earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with weekly direct deposit and paid training.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules offered, including weekends. Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, explaining service options and scheduling in-home consultations or tune-ups.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail/kiosk or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups with service technicians.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
