ALLGOOD Heating and Cooling is hiring Brand Ambassadors to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $16.50 per hour plus commission with weekly pay and paid training.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, plus opportunities for advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Full-time employees receive benefits after 31 days, including medical options, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers and introduce ARS HVAC services.
• Support lead-generation, brand-awareness, and education while scheduling in-home consultations.
• Act as a Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with technicians and advisors.
