Job summary

Allgood Heating and Cooling is hiring Brand Ambassadors to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will earn $16.50 per hour with commission, plus potential earnings of $20–$30 per hour on average.

The role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules and weekly pay via direct deposit. Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, presenting service options, scheduling home consultations, and driving lead-generation while avoiding door-to-door

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• As an In-Store Brand Ambassador and Lead Generator, engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to Allgood Heating and Cooling services.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and advisors.
• Note: role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not act as a canvasser.
