Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating, Cooling is hiring Brand Ambassadors to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. You will earn hourly pay plus commission while informing homeowners about tune-ups, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions.

This role is not door-to-door; you’ll engage shoppers, generate leads, schedule in-home consultations, and support brand-awareness. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules with paid training and growth opportunities into HVAC sales

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
