Job summary

Comfort Wave, in partnership with Home Depot, seeks a Business Development Representative to engage customers in-store and generate qualified leads for HVAC services. The role emphasizes professional presentation, clear communication, and a proactive sales approach.

You will contribute to meeting program KPIs, participate in training, and work weekends at OKC Metro locations to support Home Depot customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face interaction and outgoing personality.
• Ability to manage emotions when faced with rejection.
• Positive, optimistic mindset with self-motivation.
• Comfortable with using a smartphone for apps, email and text.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• 18 years or older as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional image when engaging with Home Depot customers.
• Explain HVAC product and service benefits to customers.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers in-store.
• Qualify potential purchasers and generate leads for sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot associates and store managers.
• Educate customers about the HVAC program and KPIs.
