Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a 7-month contract at Arrowhead Towne Center. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive daily sales targets while supporting store leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising on duty, recruiting support, coaching teammates, ensuring inclusive guest service, and opening/closing routines. Minimum 1 year retail experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some leadership/mentoring experience
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet guest and business needs
• Provide technical product education to guests and educate team members
• Oversee or participate in store opening/closing procedures
• Review daily data to monitor sales goals and motivate the team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members
• Foster an inclusive and respectful team environment
