Devon Self Storage is looking for an Assistant General Manager in Baltimore, MD to open/close the store, drive sales, and provide a high-touch customer experience. You will help customers choose storage solutions, process payments, and manage store merchandising.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and reliable transportation. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a nationwide company with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Proven ability to work independently when needed and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday to travel to vendors and/or other worksites.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and secure the store each business day.
• Meet and exceed sale goals through rentals, protection plans, and other merchandise.
• Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed in a timely fashion.
• Assist General Manager with the online auction process and related duties.
