Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform daily store tasks.
• Proven customer service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong multitasking and organization skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Comfort with indoor/outdoor environments and varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing and security.
• Drive sales through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise.
• Maintain compliance, safety standards and operational excellence.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and deliver high-touch service.
• Process payments and bank deposits; balance receipts.
• Coach and mentor the Assistant General Manager.
• Help team meet or exceed KPIs; train on safety and policies.
• Manage inventory: ordering, pricing and displays.
• Coordinate auctions with vendor and Regional Director.
