Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and secure the store daily.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through rentals, protection plans and merchandise.
• Ensure products are ordered, stocked, priced and displayed.
• Assist General Manager with online auction process and related tasks.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships and deliver a high-touch experience.
• Process payments, balance receipts and complete bank deposits.
• Conduct daily property walkthroughs for safety inspections and maintenance.
• Open/close storage doors and perform light maintenance and landscaping tasks.
