Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will use the Instacart Shopper App on a mobile device to shop in-store, substitute out-of-stock items, and communicate order changes.

You will process transactions at the POS and help maintain store cleanliness and presentation. Qualifications include being at least 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team; able to operate front end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Physical ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift; maneuver a 20 lb cart and walk up to 3 miles per shift.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on product quality and freshness; substitute out-of-stock items when needed.
• Communicate any necessary changes to an order.
• Process orders at the in-store POS system.
• Answer questions about order delivery and the Instacart platform; promote the service.
