Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a motivated apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will style mannequins and displays to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers across multiple stores.

This Independent Contractor role offers flexible, project-based hours and requires you to report via the Winston App on a smartphone. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel between stores is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising or related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, styling).
• Portfolio of work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligning with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement for apparel and hardlines.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Work independently and as part of a team across stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to complete merchandising deliverables on deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via Winston App.
