Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at store level. You will style mannequins, create polished displays, and ensure brand identity is reflected in every presentation.

The role is project-based and hourly, with independent contractor status and varying hours. You will report using our Winston App on a smartphone, and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand throughout the shift.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or related field.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, styling).
• Portfolio preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity in apparel displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales for apparel and hardlines.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Work independently and as part of a team across different stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to complete store visits and deliverables on deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback via the Winston App.
• Report via Winston App on smartphones (iOS 11+; Android 2020+; device within version limits).
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the shift.
