Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers.

Working hands-on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. This independent contractor role offers flexible project-based hours, the possibility to work across

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling).
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in displaying apparel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies in stores.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement for apparel and hardlines.
• Communicate merchandising needs to store management and teams.
• Work independently and in multiple store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet merchandising deliverables and deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos using the Winston App.
