Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Tucson, AZ, seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, serve customers, and sell with professionalism. The role includes handling event equipment and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

The position is part-time (up to 25 hours weekly). You will set up demo tables, engage shoppers, explain product benefits, coordinate with store staff, document outcomes with photos, and follow safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient ability to use and navigate on a personal computer and personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Food Safety Professional Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and executing in-store product demonstrations.
• Interacting with customers to explain features and benefits and drive sales.
• Maintaining event equipment and a clean, organized demo area.
• Communicating with store management about events when supervisor is absent.
• Completing expense reports and online requirements on the day of event.
