Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the window and door replacement division for Andersen Windows, seeks an outgoing marketer to work on-site at premier partner locations in the Erie area. You will engage customers in-store, book no-cost appointments, and participate in paid training using our proven marketing approach.

The role offers a part-time, flexible schedule with base pay plus commission and potential bonuses. Training, ongoing support, and a focus on meeting attendance targets are provided to help you

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• You're a true people person.
• Motivated to help build the RBA footprint.
• Dedicated and dependable team player.
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no-cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
• Complete paid training and follow the proven marketing methodology for success.
• Provide feedback and recaps to the team for next steps and improvements.
