Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to oversee recruitment, hiring and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. You will manage product prep, presentation, training and deliver excellent service to Club members, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and the ability to travel to multiple Illinois locations, with a set schedule and full-time benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and leadership ability.
• Experience supervising retail or hospitality staff is preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to coach and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation, presentation, and food safety compliance.
• Train demonstrators in demonstration prep and customer service.
• Coordinate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Support grand openings at new locations as needed.
