Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, oversee product preparation, training and customer service, and participate in grand openings at new locations.

You will ensure food safety and sanitation, communicate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and provide top-notch service to Costco members.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in a client-side, branded, CPG environment or mix of supplier/client experience.
• Field of Study: Marketing, Business Administration or related.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operations excellence.
• Develop governance policies and procedures; supervise staff.
• Collaborate with district manager to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and budgeting.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through operations excellence.
