Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to direct in-store product demonstrations, recruiting and supervising demonstrators, and coordinating training and presentation quality. You will ensure food safety and sanitation during product prep and demonstrations, and liaise with warehouse managers, vendors and staff.

CDS is Costco's in-house event marketing partner, offering a structured schedule and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in client-side or CPG environment.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating events.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate sales strategies and tactics.
• Support governance framework policies and procedures.
• Collaborate to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Drive revenue and net income via activation and spend control.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
