Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to lead recruitment, training and supervision of in-store product demonstrators. You will manage product prep, training, and customer service while coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators.

This role supports grand openings at new locations and contributes to Costco partnerships. The position offers a set Tue–Sat schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (varying by needs), comprehensive benefits, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company or related experience.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
