Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and professionally engage consumers to drive sales. You will manage event equipment, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a professional appearance in-store.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with store personnel, and readiness to support client events while working part-time in retail locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device with applications and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies for events, ensuring cleanliness and security in the backroom.
• Serve, demonstrate, and sell products to consumers in a professional manner during in-store events.
• Act as point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent and coordinate with store management.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using common appliances.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
