Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an Associate to complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintain product knowledge, and professionally serve and sell products. The role is part-time, not exceeding 25 hours per week, with responsibilities including equipment management and customer engagement.

The position requires basic high school education (GED or diploma), food safety certification, and the ability to handle food preparation and equipment safely in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer Skills: Proficient use of a personal computer and mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain equipment for events and ensure cleanliness and security in the backroom area.
• Communicate with store management in Supervisor's absence about upcoming events and past event execution.
• Serve and sell products, interacting with customers to promote products.
• Prepare foods using raw products and small kitchen appliances while following food safety guidelines.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
