Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Associate to conduct in-store food and product demonstrations and manage event equipment. You will serve, demonstrate, and engage consumers while maintaining a professional appearance and following food safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes leadership when supervisors are absent, preparing food samples, and documenting event outcomes. Retail store environment and limited travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient use of a PC and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and local food handler permits if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the backroom.
• Be the point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead and support the event team with kits, materials, and tools.
• Explain product features and benefits to consumers to drive sales.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely following guidelines.
• Document event success with photos of the Perfect Table Setup.
